Simple circular breath with music. About an hour. You do not have to get it right. The breath is the tool. The experience is yours.
We breathe.
Quiet. Then we land. Nothing has to be shared. Keep the rest of the two hours if you can. Journal. Do not sprint back into the day.
We rest and close.
I hold the room. You do the remembering.
Why remembering — not more
Most of what you have been sold is more. More healing. More activation. More becoming. That is a rush. Arrival is not the point.
I spent years trying to become the person who would finally be allowed to rest. Doctor. Healer. The one with the plan. It worked on paper. It did not work in my heart.
Remembering is what was left when the becoming ran out. Not a new identity. The one that can sit in the life you already have without turning it into a performance.
