The Breath Portal is a 13-night initiatory journey through temple, river, and desert. Weaving breath with some of Egypt’s most powerful sacred sites, the experience unfolds as a deliberate arc of descent, activation, surrender, and integration.
Day 1-2
Cairo: The Threshold
The journey begins at the threshold. In Cairo we ground, descend, and set the field before moving into the deeper arc of river, temple, and desert. Here, among the first pyramids and ancient chambers beneath the earth, we remember where it all

Cairo is grounding. Descent. Orientation.
We prepare the nervous system before moving south.
Day 3-4
Luxor: Activation
We fly south into Upper Egypt. Luxor is solar. Vertical. Alive with memory.
On the West Bank we walk the Valley of the Kings and the temple of Hatshepsut. These are chambers of will and resurrection. The body begins to awaken.

Day 5
Dendera & Abydos: Heart and Underworld
We travel north from Luxor, moving through two distinct energies. At Dendera we enter the Temple of Hathor, where sound, beauty, and devotion open the heart. From there we continue to Abydos, one of the most sacred sites in ancient Egypt. Fewer visitors come here. The atmosphere shifts. Quieter. Deeper.

Day 6–8
The Nile: Surrender
We return to the river and board a traditional Dahabiya for three nights. The pace softens. The landscape widens. Time stretches.

Day 9-10
White Desert: The Void

Day 11-14
Cairo: The Seal
We return from the desert and re-enter Cairo carrying silence and space. The journey closes where it began, but we are not the same.
